Please join us and share the experience. We can provide guidance in yogic meditation techniques that are simple and practical. If you already have a comfortable meditation practice, just come sit with us. Even if you've never meditated at all, you'll find it easy to join in and practice right along.
People of any faith or tradition are welcome. We think you'll find that meditation with others will only take your practice and your understanding deeper.
Meditation House is an Ananda Meditation Center.
