Building Updates

December 8 2024: Lisa found us a nativity set at a local benefit sale and set it up for us at the altar.
November 22 2024: Some needed items: Curtains for the sanctuary opening, coat hangers, closet rug.
November 15 2024: Added a sound system for the temple and set it up for our first singing bowl meditation.
October 18 2024: Parking lot repaved! They were doing the bowling alley on Main Street and had some leftover asphalt so here we go.
July 30 2024: New Doors! These are knotty alder and they open outwards for code compliance. Buddy finished them with Danish oil.
July 29 2024: Lisa went to Seattle for a Kriya initiation and found us a wonderful altar bench at a thrift store there.
June 25 2024: Buddy added an oak shelf to the altar
April 28 2024: Removed and broke down the pews. Lisa put them on FB Marketplace and someone came to get them the very same day!
April 10 2024: New Bhava Temple Harmonium and our first Kirtan.
March 9 and 10: We remodeled the altar
February 18 2024: Added Yoga Masters to the altar. Our first meditation in the space.
February 14 2024: Closed on the sale with the closing agent
January 30 2024: Viewing with our Real Estate Agent
